Push past the pain and press towards your purpose, understanding that your beauty is within and flows to the outer parts of your being.

Lynette's vision is for She Found Her to open a transitional housing center for at risk women. A safe place and no judgement zone, where one can finally found themselves again.
A safe place and no judgement zone, where one can finally found themselves again.

Where can you find light in darkness when there's no light inside?
Where can you find light in darkness when there’s no light inside?
Searching for peace, prosperity, serenity and completion in all the wrong places.
We’ll name this woman SHE
Who heals the healer, when the healer needs to be healed?
Who’s the therapist to the therapist friend?
SHE stretched herself thin,
pouring from herself everything she didn’t have within,
Never putting herself first.
SHE was never taught the proper way to receive love,
So, SHE accepted the love she thought she deserved.
From abuse,
To mis-use,
Confusion,
destruction,
And all around chaos.
SHE was the type of flower that still bloomed in a forest fire.
SHE was a rose growing from the concrete.
But all of these things for her went unseen.
SHE couldn’t love herself because SHE had no sense of self.
Mirrored her reality to everyone around her, People pleasing.. Just to please herself.
SHE would cry every night laying next to a man who didn’t know her worth.
Didn’t know what he had on his hands so he couldn’t understand why SHE was so hurt.
Until Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which SHE rebuilt her life.
Began to do some self searching and told herself
“I deserve a better life and to be someones sister, best friend, Mother AND wife”
See,
Sometimes you’ve got to be broken,
In order to appreciate the warrior you are.
Sometimes you’ve got to feel weak,
In order to appreciate the power that lives inside of you.
Sometimes you’ve got to feel unloved,
In order to appreciate love lives within you all along.
It took her letting go to realize SHE was holding on to nothing.
SHE wasn’t born her,
SHE found herself over a long treacherous road.
The more treacherous the road became the more of her
SHE found.
The devil had her convinced SHE wasn’t strong enough to face the storm.
Over the time SHE finally replied..
I am the storm.
SHE FOUND HER
